Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb. of large shrimp
- ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 lime
- 6 corn or flour tortillas
- ½ cup of fresh or pickled red cabbage
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup of fresh diced pineapple
- ½ bottle of Delta Heritage Moppin’ sauce
- Seafood seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, season shrimp lightly with seafood seasoning and MOPPIN’ sauce to coat shrimp.
- Mix well, cover, and refrigerate while preparing your toppings.
- While the shrimp are marinating, thinly slice fresh cabbage or grab your pickled cabbage, chop cilantro, and dice a pineapple.
- Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat, and add 1 tbsp of avocado oil.
- Sauté shrimp for 2-3 max, or until just pink.
- Remove shrimp from heat and add them directly to your tortilla of choice.
- Top with cabbage, pineapple, lots of cilantro, and sour cream or yogurt.
- Finish with a squeeze of lime and enjoy!
