Grilled MOPPIN’ Cobb Salad

Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Delta Heritage Moppin sauce
- 1-1.5 lbs of chicken breast
- 6 cups of Romaine
- 5 cups of Spring Mix
- 3 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 8 strips of bacon-cooked and chopped
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar jack cheese blend
- Fresh black pepper
- Your favorite all-purpose seasoning blend
Instructions
- Season chicken on both sides with all-purpose seasoning.
- Grill or pan-sear chicken until thoroughly cooked.
- Halfway through cooking, top chicken liberally with Moppin’ sauce(both sides!)
- Once the chicken is cooked through, set it aside to rest and prepare the salad.
- Layer greens, then add tomatoes, cheese blend, bacon, and top with the sliced chicken.
- Add your favorite dressing and serve immediately
